Wrestlers will meet in the cafeteria at 2:40pm. First Sign in, eat a snack if you want, then help set up the wrestling mats.Bring extra clothes to work out in, shorts or sweatpants preferably. DO NOT wear jeans on the mat or tank tops. Bring a water bottle and snacks if possible. Snacks will be provided by PASA when you first arrive to practice. Practice will be Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday and will end at 5:15pm. Thursdays we will go to the weight room.
